A fully rebuilt ground-floor duplex in historic Wailuku Town, completed in 2025, with room for up to eight guests. The bathroom has a dual vanity and a tiled tub and shower; the kitchen has all-new appliances, an island with four barstools and a dining table for four. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, air conditioning in each bedroom and ceiling fans throughout, and a patio with a gas grill for relaxed evenings at home. It is also a comfortable, practical base for an extended stay on Maui or for companies bringing a crew to the island.

Wailuku isn't a resort, it's real Maui: coffee shops, family diners, galleries, boutiques and the historic ʻĪao Theater are a short walk, and the monthly First Friday block party happens right in town. Kahului Airport is about 10 minutes away, Kanahā Beach Park about 5 miles, Maʻalaea Harbor and the Maui Ocean Center about 15 minutes, Kihei and Wailea beaches around 12 miles, and West Maui about half an hour. ʻĪao Valley is minutes up the road.
Gated property with exterior security cameras and keyless entry. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM; no smoking, no pets. A travel crib is available on request. Check-in is 4 PM and check-out 10 AM. The whole duplex can be rented together to sleep up to sixteen, and additional units on the property can be added for larger groups or work crews. Free parking on site.
