The primary bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite with a walk-in shower; the second bedroom has a queen bed; a sleeper sofa in the living room and a trundle bed with two twins bring the total to eight. Air conditioning in each bedroom and the living space, ceiling fans throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and a dining bar, a gas grill outside, smart TV, free Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer. Well suited to work trips and extended stays on Maui as much as vacations.

A quiet residential setting a short walk from downtown Wailuku's coffee shops, family-run restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, yoga studios and the historic ʻĪao Theater, with Wailuku First Friday on the first Friday of each month. About 10 minutes to Kahului Airport, 5 miles to Kanahā Beach Park, about 15 minutes to Maʻalaea Harbor, minutes from ʻĪao Valley, and easy access to Kihei, Wailea and the rest of the island.
Quiet, gated property with keyless entry and a lit path to the door. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM; no smoking, no pets. A travel crib is available on request. Check-in is 4 PM and check-out 10 AM. Additional units on the same property can be added for larger groups or crews. Free parking on site.
